After years as a Project Manager for a commercial mechanical contractor, he founded All States Mechanical in 2003. With 30+ years in the industry, he has led projects across the western United States.

In HVAC since 1978, Steve progressed from installer to service to project management. In 2000 he launched the HVAC division at Commerce Mechanical and later managed both plumbing and heating. Experienced in design-build and MEP superintendent roles, he works closely with architects and engineers to deliver projects that fit owners' budgets.
