SAFETY

All States Mechanical employs are some of the most competently skilled employees in the Intermountain Region. These same employees value the safety of their co-workers. The result of this commitment to safety is an experience modification rate (EMR) lower than the national average.
We have implemented safety program with our employees that has proven successful as well as a Corporate Safety Officer who tours the site with the supervisors and prepares a safety analysis.
All States Mechanical requires weekly safety meetings of all of our employees where we address MSDS and specific safety concerns that are possible at that time. In addition, we perform pre-task planning and job hazard analysis for any non-standard items to be performed such as craning, equipment handling, and deep excavations.

We realize that to be successful safety needs proper planning and foresight, and is an issue that must be addressed by everyone and improved on a continuous basis.
